The Rental Application
Once you find the right place we will help you fill out your rental application, and if necessary a credit report. It is helpful to fill out the form in advance to save time. Leases
Once the landlord has reviewed your application leases are drawn up by the landlord for review by the tenant. At lease signing, be prepared to pay your first month’s rent in advance plus a deposit of up to two months rent. Every lease is a bit different. Moving Day
At time of move in and throughout the term of your lease you can count on us to be there to help. We help with keys, switching utilities into your name, acquiring tenant insurance and in the settling of any other issues that might come up.
